Company Overview

Our client is a leading national research organization driving innovation through interdisciplinary science and technology to support industry transformation and societal advancement.

We are currently looking for a Manager who is proactive and detail-oriented to support the development, maintenance, and governance of the organisation's document archive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organise, classify, and maintain records across all formats in accordance with organisational policies, SOPs, IM4L guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and monitoring of compliance with records management policies, regulations, and retention schedules
  • Administer the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) across the full records lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, appraisal, disposition, and declassification
  • Track and manage inventories of physical and classified records, ensuring secure access, timely retrieval, and proper transfer
  • Liaise with the National Archives of Singapore on records appraisal, declassification, and transfer matters
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal information requests
  • Provide operational support for records-related initiatives, including digitisation projects, system enhancements, billing, invoicing, outreach, and engagement activities

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years experience in records management or information governance (internship experience considered)
  • Knowledge of IM4L guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Strong accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
