We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to manage our modern workplace environment. You will be the go-to person for end-user support, ensuring our team stays productive through seamless hardware provisioning, cloud application management, and efficient troubleshooting.
Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD /Entra ID.
. Support Lenovo ThinkPad devices, endpoint patching and basic AD administration.
. Handle joiner, mover, leaver activities, laptop provisioning, software installation, and usertroubleshooting.
. Provide first-level support for custom business applications and coordinate with L2/L3 teams forescalation.
. Maintain user guides, asset records, and support knowledge base documentation.
