IT Support Executive (Zoho Applications Focus)
Location: Woodlands (closer to Sembawang)
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide end-user support, maintain IT systems, and drive business application improvements-particularly within the Zoho ecosystem. This role combines hands-on support with opportunities to enhance workflows and automate processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support by responding to user queries and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain business applications to support daily operations
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Monitor and support network connectivity, including LAN/WAN and internet-related issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
- Implement and maintain IT security measures, including antivirus management and basic security checks
- Support data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity
- Administer and enhance Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Desk, Projects, Creator, People), including workflow automation and portal setup
- Assist in improving business processes through system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Perform other ad hoc IT duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, Creator, People), including building workflows, automation, or portals
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems and remote support tools
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ERP systems
- Understanding of IT security practices and data protection standards
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot applications across desktop and mobile platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Zoho) will be an advantage
