Job Description

The People & Organisation (P&O) Manager is a hands-on HR generalist responsible for overseeing core P&O operations, including payroll and benefits governance (outsourced), while serving as a trusted P&O Business Partner to leaders and managers. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with local employment regulations, and contributes to HR projects and initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.

The role also serves as a central P&O operations and technology anchor, supporting countries without in-country P&O capability as part of the Operations-SWOTmodel, and enabling scalable, data-driven and compliant across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee end‑to‑end outsourced payroll and benefits operations, ensuring strong governance, accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements.

2. Strengthen P&O operational excellence by embedding process discipline, accountability, and strong governance across payroll, benefits, and people operations.

3. Serve as a trusted Coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on people matters, policy application, and effective people management in line with company values and local regulations.

4. Contribute to P&O projects such as OKR and KPI initiatives through executing the OKR or KPI that aligned with Group P&O priorities.

5. Leads continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing modifications that enhance efficiency, governance and employee experience.

Requirements
- Minimum6-8 years of HR generalist experience.

- Strong experience in HR business partnering and advisory support to managers

- Strong systems and operational thinking, with the ability to Integrate P&O processes, technology, data and governance across multiple countries and operating models.

- Experience across multiple HR domains including employee relations, talent practices, operational governance, and compliance frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Legislation / Employment Act / CPF and IRAS regulations.
