Stakeholder engagement & reporting
. Work closely with the Country Head of Seafreight as a strategic operational partner
. Provide regular reporting to the regional OPEX Director around project status, adoption levels, data quality, blockers, and risks
. Engage operational leads as active owners of standards and continuous improvement
. Feed local insights and lessons learned back to the regional OPEX Director to improve blueprint and training across the wider region
Process standards & blueprint execution
. Implement and embed the globally and regionally defined Seafreight Operational Blueprint in country operations
. Ensure global SOPs and business rules are understood and applied at desk level, provide support where necessary
. Monitor process adherence identify deviations, investigate root causes, initiate and monitor correction via the operational leads
. Localize the global blueprint where required to meet country-specific regulatory or port requirements without compromising process integrity or deviating from global standards
. Identify local inefficiencies and escalate to the regional OPEX Director with proposed solutions
Project execution & delivery
. Execute regionally assigned OPEX projects in the country own the local delivery plan, timeline and outcome
. Coordinate rollout with operational teams manage local dependencies, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track
. Measure and document realized benefits per initiative
. Ensure operational feasibility for customer implementations
Performance governance & data quality
. Use operational dashboards to monitor country performance, identify KPI gaps and understand what is driving them
. Conduct structured root cause analysis on KPI gaps, bring a clear diagnosis and corrective action plan to the Country Head of Seafreight and the OPEX director
. In alignment with CHSF coach team leads on how to read, interpret, and act on operational dashboards to manage their teams more effectively
Change Management
. Work directly with operators and team leads: explain what is changing, why it makes their job easier, and what they need todo differently
. Provide structured support on desk side level after new process or system rollouts to stabilize adoption
. Track adoption post-go-live, identify where adherence is slipping and intervene before regression takes hold
. Protect implemented changes, follow up after go-live to ensure new ways of working have embedded and value is sustained
Training & capability building
. Deliver the regional Seafreight training concept locally adapt delivery to the country context while maintaining global content standards
. Together with team leads and CHSF assess operator skill gaps against defined SOPs take structured action to close them through coaching, training sessions, or on-the-job guidance and support
. Onboard new operational staff to the blueprint and standards ensure new joiners are productive and adherent quickly
. Build a continuous improvement habit in the country team make it normal for operators to identify problems and propose solutions
