What will you do
- Engage with stakeholders across all NCS entities to understand business needs, ensuring that procurement policy and guidelines support the NCS needs, and that Procurement best practice is embedded as part of ways of working.
- Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering:Build and develop business relationships with stakeholders across NCS Group aiming to foster cooperating and uplift value creation as internal business partner while maintaining strong governance and integrity of NCS procurement process.
- Co-develop and implement category strategiesin cooperating with internal stakeholders to drive best value and effective sourcing outcomes supporting business strategic and operational objectives.
- Deliver competitive advantagethrough cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management.
- Develop data insightsto build market intelligent capabilities to steer Go-To-Market Plans in cooperation with partners and suppliers.
- Evaluate tenders based on specification and evaluation criteria, prepares acceptance documentation and advise on contracts and service level agreements.
- Drive Sustainability Procurement initiatives in line with NCS Sustainability strategy.
- Focus on delivery cost savings related to Procurement Categories assigned, include and not limited to Technology, Facilities Management, Office Equipment, Services and Supplies.
- Review of purchase requests including sourcing and negotiations, governance and compliance.
- Ensure processes and procedures are fully documented and followed.
- Drive and implement AI-powered solutionsto enhance procurement processes (e.g. supplier selection, tender evaluation, spend analysis), including collaboration with data scientists and IT teams to deploy machine learning modules in procurement workflows.
The Ideal Candidate shouldpossess:
- Degree / Diploma.
- At least 5 years of Procurement commercial experience and managing supplier relationships.
- Proven track record pf commercial acumen, cost management analysis and negotiation.
- Proven track record in the management of business improvement initiatives / process development.
- Experience in working with and influencing cross functional teams.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze Procurement spend data, market categories, spend information and develop Procurement strategy.
- Business partnering.
- Good Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset.
