  • This position is forOffice of Postgraduate Professional Programmes (OPGPP).
  • Branding and Digital Marketing
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with the Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM), spanning web, social media, email, and print collaterals.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all postgraduate programmes, including marketing collateral, product messaging, and user experience, in alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights on digital reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Outreach and Events
    • Lead the planning and execution of recruitment fairs, open houses, partner university sessions, coffee sessions and corporate outreach events.
    • Coordinate with faculty speakers and Schools to ensure strong, coherent representation of each programme.
    • Evaluate event outcomes and ROI, and incorporate feedback to strengthen future outreach activities.
  • Market and Channel Specialisations
    • Take ownership of a designated geographic market (e.g., China, India/South Asia, ASEAN, Rest of World) and a programme cluster (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Analytics/Computing, Innovation/Management, niche programmes).
    • Develop and execute region-specific outreach strategies that address local market needs and trends.
    • Ensure that programme messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with market expectations.
    • Collaborate with Schools to refine content and uphold programme credibility across marketing channels.
  • Cross-Functional Work
    • Integrate regional insights into overall marketing and recruitment strategies.
    • Partner with Academic Directors and relevant stakeholders to ensure programme visibility and differentiation are maintained.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, admissions, and programme objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Candidate with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or business development, preferably in higher education, professional services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record in student recruitment, lead generation, and conversion management for postgraduate or executive education markets is an asset.
  • Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital platforms.
    • Knowledge of international education markets (e.g., China, India/South Asia, ASEAN) and sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
    • Solid grasp of brand management and ability to maintain message consistency while tailoring to diverse audiences.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical rigour and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Collaborative and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel internationally and work outside regular hours for events or recruitment activities when required.
