Manager, Growth & Partnerships - Agency Business

Description

The Growth & Partnership team in Mediacorp drives meaningful revenue growth by connecting brands, agencies and consumers through impactful partnerships, data-led strategies and creative loyalty solutions that extend beyond Mediacorp's owned ecosystem. The AgencyPartnership team is a subset of the G&P team, that builds, manages, and expands strategic collaborations and relationships with large and small agencies to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and drive innovation and new business opportunities.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager, Growth & Partnerships to join Mediacorp. As a key member of the team, the role will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Lead to orchestrate and execute the commercial deal strategy, including Trading deals for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
  • Manage the working-level agency conversations, and day-to-day dealings.
  • Prospect and acquire new leads across different agencies, with follow-ups that drive greater engagement and revenue growth
  • Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders and agency account directors & leads, by establishing a regular cadence or where relevant, with a goal of prospecting and enhancing media revenue opportunities
  • Monitor and track other publisher & digital competitor offerings, which can potentially lead to strategies on go-to-market collaterals and packages
  • Work with the Lead to coordinate agency briefings through liaisons with internal solutions teams and deliver high-value Agency roadshows/events that evangelize MPL properties and partner networks, further championing MPL as a market-leader in the Singapore advertising space.
  • To create data-driven Agency presentations using market insights, case studies, and product collateral from our Solutioning teams
  • Bring creativity and adaptability to presentations, with the drive and confidence to make new connections across agency members
QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of experience in Omni-channel media, incl. Digital
  • Experience working in or with agencies required
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's media landscape
  • Experience in relationship dynamics among media publishers, agencies & marketing clients
  • Experience in nurturing AdTech, Martech and data-driven partnerships alongside media activation.
  • Consistently demonstrates a growth mindset embracing continuous learning challenging the status quo, being brave, owning failures and rapidly iterating.
