How You Succeed

What You Do
- Define and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with teams to design customer journeys and deliver new products and features
- Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain product requirements and documentation
- Use customer insights and market trends to guide decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, quality delivery
Who You Are
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in product ownership or similar roles
- Good understanding of banking products and processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Comfortable in a fastpaced, Agile environment (Agile experience is a plus)
