The Manager, Corporate Development will work in a high-caliber team and interact with many different parts of the organization such as Product, Finance, Legal, and CEO's office. You will play a key role in identifying and executing inorganic growth opportunities that accelerate our global roadmap.
M&A Strategy & Execution: Work on end-to-end execution of acquisitions, from initial thesis and sourcing to valuation, due diligence, and closing.
Build vs. Buy Analysis: Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to evaluate white-space opportunities and determine the optimal path for market entry or product expansion.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the global fintech ecosystem to identify emerging trends, potential targets, and competitive threats.
Investment Management: Develop partnership, investment, and/or acquisition strategies that drive long-term strategic value and competitive advantage.
Transaction Modeling: Build and manage complex transaction models, including accretion/dilution analysis, synergistic value assessments, and multi-year projections.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support executive leadership in capital raising activities, including managing data rooms, investor Q&A, and high-stakes communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a dedicated Corporate Development role within a high-growth tech environment.
Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, merger model, LTV/CAC) and PowerPoint
Deep interest in or professional experience with global payments, FX, or financial infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and external advisors during a live transaction process.
