JLL has an open post within the Global Marketing Communications team for an Internal Communications Manager. Based in one of JLL's main offices in the APAC region, the role involves developing global communications and elevating communications originating in the APAC region that drive employee engagement and tell the story of JLL.

The successful candidate will be required to work with colleagues in the APAC region, and globally, to ensure JLL's consistency and alignment in tone, style, brand and messaging across the board.

  • The successful candidate will support the development of high quality, engaging and original (multimedia) communications plans and outputs to support and deliver JLL's purpose-led leadership and corporate communications with a focus on our employees, clients and communities.
  • The candidate will need to be experienced and skilled at articulating the rationale for a particular approach, helping the head of APAC marketing communications to support APA Communicators and Field Marketers on appropriate content and communication strategies.
  • The candidate will need to feel comfortable working in a global environment ensuring coordination and consistency across the board.
  • A range of digital channels will be employed, using a range of tactics, including, though not limited to:
    • Video i.e. Brightcove
    • Blogs and internal employee-led story writing
    • Internal communications tools i.e. Poppulo
    • Internal roadshows, staff town halls, webcasts
Skills And Experience

  • At least three years experience in corporate communications, preferable internal communications
  • Experienced and confident at crafting content and producing copy to a consistently high standard
  • Real estate experience, though helpful, is not essential – technology, professional services and financial services related experience a plus
  • Ability to assimilate complex and/or sensitive information, identify key issues and communicate confidently and clearly to internal audiences verbally and in writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English is essential, as this role involves collaborating with regional and global stakeholders and preparing communications for different audiences.
  • Understands and knows how to use social media and digital platforms for internal communications confidently and effectively
