You are responsible for managing NNI's Digital Platforms (social media, website and intranet), regularly planning and creating content, monitoring performance and online sentiment, improving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), user experience and tracking data analytics to improve content and reach. You will also provide Internal Communications & Collateral support, conceptualising and designing communication materials such as posters, EDMs and supporting the broader communications team with events and campaigns, as assigned.
