Responsibilities
- Support and execute communication and change management initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement
- Develop and deliver training programmes, onboarding sessions, workshops, and user enablement materials
- Create clear, engaging, and user-friendly communication content across multiple formats and audiences
- Translate technical or complex concepts into accessible content for business users and stakeholders
- Support communication campaigns through digital marketing and internal communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, project, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training, communication, and change management processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Communications, Change Management, User Adoption, or related roles
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programmes and user engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, or equivalent frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different stakeholder groups and communication formats
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication platforms
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
