Digital Adoption & Change Management Specialist

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations

Responsibilities

• Support and execute communication and change management initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement
• Develop and deliver training programmes, onboarding sessions, workshops, and user enablement materials
• Create clear, engaging, and user-friendly communication content across multiple formats and audiences
• Translate technical or complex concepts into accessible content for business users and stakeholders
• Support communication campaigns through digital marketing and internal communication channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, project, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training, communication, and change management processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Communications, Change Management, User Adoption, or related roles
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programmes and user engagement initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, or equivalent frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different stakeholder groups and communication formats
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication platforms
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
