Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, communications, or change management roles

- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programmes

- Strong background in change management methodologies (ADKAR, kotte, lean change, etc.)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats and audiences

- Experience with training - knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication platforms - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible user-friendly content

-Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
