Job Description

Manager - Assets & Operations Support

Location: Pasir Panjang Road

Contract Period: 2 January 2026 - 31 December 2026

Working Hours:Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour break included). May include duties on weekends and public holidays as required.

Salary: $4,380/month
Educational Requirements: Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the:

  1. Management of Assets/Inventories: Oversee assets currently stored in MOH's third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
  2. Support Hotel MOUs & IPC Compliance: Assist in renewing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with hotels serving as Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities (MPCIF) and implement new Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assets Accounting: Verify assets working conditions, account for assets loaned to other entities, and donate or transfer functional assets to other Whole-of-Government (WoG) agencies, non-profit organisations, or Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs).
  • Assets Disposal: Assist in disposal operations for expired, redundant, or damaged assets from the 3PL warehouses.
  • Review and Engagement with Hotels: Review and extend existing MOUs with hotels, arrange engagement sessions, conduct site reconnaissance, and assess hotel compliance with IPC requirements.
  • Other Duties: Prepare internal updates and perform ad hoc projects in support of SRMD as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Operational Management: Strong operational management skills with a focus on customer-centric service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Experience managing inventory, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey regulatory requirements and best practices to external stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Ability to integrate changes into standard operating procedures and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills for working with external stakeholders in developing operational plans and reporting systems.
  • Project Support: Ability to support ad hoc projects in alignment with crisis strategy and operational objectives.
