Job Responsibilities
. Overall operational management of all outlets
. Management of sales, food costs, and labor costs
. Store visits and on-site operational checks
. Identifying issues and proposing improvements
. Preparation and support for new store openings
1. People Management
. Managing, coaching, and evaluating store managers at each outlet
. Staff deployment and shift optimization
. Improving staff retention rates
2. Product Quality & Service Management
. Ensuring consistency and no compromise in food preparation standards
. Supervising and coaching on plating quality and service speed
. Food hygiene and safety management and training
. Customer service and greeting standards training
3. Cost, Procurement & Inventory Management
. Control of food costs and waste reduction
. Price and quality negotiations with suppliers
. Setting and adjusting inventory standards
4. New Store Projects
. Planning and development of staff training programs
. Ordering equipment and supplies for new outlets
. Coordination and meetings with the Japan head office and external vendors
Requirements
. We regularly have meetings in Japanese with our head office in Japan.
. A minimum of 5 years experience as a senior/managerial role in a ramen restaurant is required.
