• Starts off as 1 year contract

Description

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Loans Product team as a contract staff member. This role will support the team in various product management, process enhancement, and governance activities, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic goals. The successful candidate will have foundational knowledge in loan products and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and development of loan products and related activities.
2. Support process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
3. Aid in ensuring compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to support product innovation and business growth initiatives.
5. Support governance, reporting, and contractual relationships.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
1. Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in loan or credit products, with an understanding of product lifecycle management.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3. Expertise: Exposure to Relationship Management (RM) is a plus.
4. Skills: Good stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Competencies & Attributes:
1. Ability to support and contribute to product initiatives within cross-functional teams.
2. Analytical aptitude with the ability to assist in data-driven decision-making.
3. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
