Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI Security strategy in line with enterprise security frameworks and risk management objectives. Establish secure architecture patterns for AI/ML systems, including generative AI and third-party AI integrations. Defend against AI-enhanced external threats, including business email compromises and social engineering attacks. Ensure the security of internal AI systems through effective controls and monitoring of AI agents and automation. Conduct adversarial testing and lead red-teaming efforts for internal AI systems, ensuring prompt remediation of identified vulnerabilities. Integrate AI detection capabilities within security systems, collaborating with security operations teams to create incident response protocols. Align security measures with key standards and regulations, including NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC guidelines. Act as the technical expert on AI security for senior management and report findings to relevant committees. Develop and oversee an AI security awareness program tailored for high-risk functions, promoting best practices across the organization. Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers related to AI security, overseeing associated budgets. Collaborate with assurance management to address and mitigate issues highlighted during security reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in AI/ML security or MLSecOps. Proven experience in securing AI production systems, particularly generative and agentic AI. Ability to effectively convey complex AI security risks to senior leadership. Senior security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are required. Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC standards, and OWASP guidelines for AI security. Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or critical infrastructure environments is advantageous. Proficiency with AI red-teaming tools and cloud AI security platforms like Azure or AWS. Understanding of local cybersecurity regulations and standards applicable to critical information. Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with executive stakeholders.
