AI Security Manager

Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced AI Security Manager to lead security strategy, architecture and controls across AI, GenAI and machine learning environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI security strategy, architecture standards and control frameworks.
• Design security controls for GenAI, AI agents, copilots and ML systems.
• Lead AI security testing, red-teaming and remediation activities.
• Strengthen detection and response for AI-related threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, deepfakes and AI-driven phishing.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, risk, audit and technology teams on AI security risks and incidents.
• Provide guidance and reporting to senior stakeholders on AI security posture and risks.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in AI/ML security or MLSecOps.
• Hands-on experience securing production AI, GenAI or machine learning systems.
• Familiar with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent security certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
