Responsibilities:

Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect enterprise systems and AI-enabled applications
Design and implement security strategies, policies, and technical controls
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modelling, and security reviews
Ensure secure system architecture and compliance with cybersecurity standards
Collaborate with software development and infrastructure team to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle
Identify emerging cyber threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
Support incident response, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity investigations where required
Provide technical guidance and mentor cybersecurity engineers
Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, AI security risks, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Cyber Defense
Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams
Exposure to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) through implementation, governance, risk assessment, or enterprise adoption
Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS not a must but would be an added advantage
