About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as a Manager, Admissions & Engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping and executingoutreach and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates into ourundergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment & Outreach
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to recruit students for undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes.
- Plan, organise, and execute recruitment events, education fairs, information sessions, and webinars.
- Identify and engage new recruitment channels to expand applicant pipelines locally and regionally.
Corporate & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, professional bodies, and industry stakeholders to support talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with organisations to promote executive education and upskilling opportunities for working professionals.
- Explore partnership opportunities that enhance programme visibility and enrolment outcomes.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps across various disciplines.
- Analyse applicant data and recruitment performance to refine strategies and optimise conversion rates.
- Provide insights to inform programme positioning and development.
Admissions & Conversion
- Support the admissions process, including candidate engagement, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Deliver personalised advisory to prospective students on programme offerings and career pathways.
- Ensure a seamless and positive applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Brand Advocacy & Lifelong Learning Promotion
- Champion the NAA's mission in promoting lifelong learning and professional development.
- Represent the institution at industry events, networking sessions, and community engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience for Manager, preferably in higher education, admissions, or business development roles.
- Proven experience in corporate engagement, partnerships, or stakeholder management is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
