As part of our growth and talent development strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee to join our organisation. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to develop a strong understanding of healthcare operations through hands-on exposure across multiple departments, with the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles.
Participate in a structured Management Trainee programme with rotations across key departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics & IT.
Gain hands-on exposure to daily operational workflows, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.
Assist in reviewing, analysing, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Support departmental projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations as assigned.
Collect, consolidate, and prepare reports related to operations, manpower, performance, and project outcomes.
Participate in staff engagement activities, internal communications, and company-wide initiatives.
Support coordination of onboarding, training, and orientation programmes across departments.
Represent the company at internal and external events, meetings, or industry-related activities when required.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply candidates with up to 2 years of working experience will have an advantage.
Strong interest in management, business operations, and organisational development.
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
