Job Description

As part of our growth and talent development strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee to join our organisation. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to develop a strong understanding of healthcare operations through hands-on exposure across multiple departments, with the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured Management Trainee programme with rotations across key departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics & IT.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to daily operational workflows, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.

  • Assist in reviewing, analysing, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

  • Support departmental projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations as assigned.

  • Collect, consolidate, and prepare reports related to operations, manpower, performance, and project outcomes.

  • Participate in staff engagement activities, internal communications, and company-wide initiatives.

  • Support coordination of onboarding, training, and orientation programmes across departments.

  • Represent the company at internal and external events, meetings, or industry-related activities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply candidates with up to 2 years of working experience will have an advantage.

  • Strong interest in management, business operations, and organisational development.

  • Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
