- Promote new menu items and ongoing promotions to customers to increase sales and engagement
- Deliver quality customer service by addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer experience
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, expenses, and stock levels for operational review
- Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance skills, performance, and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality
- Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory efficiently
