- Prepare detailed reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels for management review
- Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality
- Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory
