Job Summary

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure cleanliness, staffing efficiency, and organization. Lead and motivate the team while promoting menu items, managing customer satisfaction, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to maintain cleanliness, staff organization, and operational efficiency
• Promote new menu items and ongoing promotions to customers to drive sales
• Deliver quality service by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service
• Prepare detailed reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels for management review
• Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality
• Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory
• Maintain good housekeeping to uphold a clean and safe outlet environment
