Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement strategies to maximize restaurant revenue and profitability
- Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to enhance team performance and customer service
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent guest experiences
- Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to maintain budget compliance
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness according to company guidelines
- Oversee smooth daily restaurant operations aligned with company policies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Demonstrate fluency in English to communicate effectively with team and guests
- Show proactive learning attitude to adapt and grow within the role
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
