Job Summary

Lead restaurant operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement strategies to maximize restaurant revenue and profitability
  • Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to enhance team performance and customer service
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to maintain budget compliance
  • Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness according to company guidelines
  • Oversee smooth daily restaurant operations aligned with company policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Demonstrate fluency in English to communicate effectively with team and guests
  • Show proactive learning attitude to adapt and grow within the role
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
