Volunteer Management Executive (11-Month Contract)

Location: Ubi Avenue 4

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,500 (depending on educational qualification)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm (till 5.30pm on Fridays)

Contract Period: 1 October 2025 - 31 August 2026

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Management Executive to support volunteer programme. This role is crucial in building, engaging, and managing our volunteer base, while ensuring smooth coordination and administration of volunteer-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality volunteers
• Manage end-to-end volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and documentation
• Coordinate volunteer training sessions and engagement programmes
• Handle logistics planning and execution for volunteer events and activities
• Draft submissions, reports, and proposals related to volunteer programmes
• Maintain and update the volunteer database
• Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Able to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
