Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Job Scope:
Training Coordination:
- Oversee administrative and operational responsibilities as the Training Coordinator for TCCM, ensuring smooth execution of training events from start to finish.
Facility and Logistics Management:
- Secure and coordinate training venues, handling all logistical aspects to guarantee proper room set-up, equipment, and materials in preparation for each session.
Pre-Course Support:
- Manage pre-event tasks, including setting up training rooms, arranging directional signages, and confirming all materials and resources are in place before the course begins.
On-Site Assistance:
- Provide on-site support during training events, ensuring that technical equipment is correctly set up and functioning, and offering hands-on assistance as needed to ensure seamless operation.
Vendor Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, ensuring their timely delivery of services, and troubleshooting any issues.
End-to-End Training Processes:
- Assisting the administrative lifecycle, from processing course registrations, liaising with training providers, tracking attendee participation, and confirming attendance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor/team.
Requirements:
- Minimum A level holder or equivalent, preferably in HR Management, People Development or a related field.
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
