Job Title: Executive, Technical Competency and Course Management (TCCM)
Division: HR Division - Technical Competency and Course Management (TCCM)


No. of Positions: 1


Contract Duration: 12 months


Salary: $2,212 to $2,986 depending on qualification and relevant working experience


Location: Stars Ave

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
    (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Job Scope:

Training Coordination:

  • Oversee administrative and operational responsibilities as the Training Coordinator for TCCM, ensuring smooth execution of training events from start to finish.

Facility and Logistics Management:

  • Secure and coordinate training venues, handling all logistical aspects to guarantee proper room set-up, equipment, and materials in preparation for each session.

Pre-Course Support:

  • Manage pre-event tasks, including setting up training rooms, arranging directional signages, and confirming all materials and resources are in place before the course begins.

On-Site Assistance:

  • Provide on-site support during training events, ensuring that technical equipment is correctly set up and functioning, and offering hands-on assistance as needed to ensure seamless operation.

Vendor Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, ensuring their timely delivery of services, and troubleshooting any issues.

End-to-End Training Processes:

  • Assisting the administrative lifecycle, from processing course registrations, liaising with training providers, tracking attendee participation, and confirming attendance.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor/team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A level holder or equivalent, preferably in HR Management, People Development or a related field.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
