Job Description

Manage the shop business and lead all the staff to complete the company's monthly sales/ service tasks.
Ability to handle customers requests and complaints with grace.
Regularly summarize and report to the supervisors on the problems and improvement plans in daily operation and management.
Paying attention to customer requests and recommending them the most suitable styles during consultation.
Provide both men and ladies hair services including chemical services such as colouring, keratin, rebonding, etc.
To educate employees on the technicalities of different hair treatment methods for up-selling to customers.
To educate employees on the different kind of hair products and their usage for explanation to customers.
Train junior stylists/therapists with tasks like shampoo, blowdry, after-shampoo shoulder massage, etc. when needed.
Provide guidance and training and demonstration to enable them to take up more responsibilities when assisting Senior Stylists.
Conduct hair cut/treatment courses for individuals keen to take up a career in Hairstyling.
Prepare course and training materials for classroom type training.
Explore business expansion plans and provide advices.
Prepare financial reports to directors and stakeholders.
Conduct interviews for job vacancies.
Other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.
Minimum 15 years experience.
