Job Description

We are looking for Course Developer to design andcurate high-quality training content for Built Environment Sector focusing onManagement Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Strata Management. Youwill be responsible for creating the curriculum that bridges the gap betweentheoretical regulations and application for property management.

  • Develop course outlines, lesson plans and learner guides for MCST-related programs.
  • Create training materials covering property growth strategies, sustainability initiatives and capital improvement planning (renovations/maintenance).
  • Ensure contents are strictly aligned with Singapore's regulatory landscape, including BMSMA, SCDF fire safety standards and MOM workplace safety regulations.
  • Design robust assessment tools (case studies, role-play and written tests) to measure learner proficiency in managing property portfolios.
  • Partner with industry bodies (BCA and association) to ensure courseware meets current industry standards and qualifies for government funding (e.g., SkillsFuture).


Job Requirement

  • Degree/ Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in curriculum development using the DACE or ACLP framework.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and extensive background in MCST work, familiar with challenges of managing residential and commercial strata-titled properties.
  • Analyze industry trends (e.g., Green Building Initiatives, Predictive Maintenance, AI for Smart Security Operations and AI-Powered Sustainability Reporting) and incorporate into the curriculum.
  • Detail-Oriented and committed to excellence in instructional design and technical accuracy.
