Roles & Responsibilities - AI Engineer (Automation / Smart Factory)

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / Machine Learning models to support automation and smart manufacturing systems.
• Analyze large datasets from machines, sensors, and operations to generate insights and predictive analytics.
• Build and optimize computer vision systems for inspection, quality control, and defect detection.
• Develop predictive maintenance models to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Integrate AI solutions with automation systems, PLCs, IoT devices, and production software.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning to improve performance and accuracy.
• Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve algorithms and system efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of models, data pipelines, and system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and company policies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and industrial automation technologies.
