Job Description:
A Precision Grinding Machine Setter-Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual machines used for grinding, turning, and milling metal parts and tools. The role requires strong experience in Mastercam 9.0 for programming and machining operations, along with a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met and machines operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate precision grinding, milling, and turning machines.
• Read and understand blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Use Mastercam 9.0 to create and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
• Translate technical instructions into machine commands for accurate production.
• Prepare and load raw materials and components onto machines.
• Configure machines to complete full production cycles.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for quality output.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks to ensure machine functionality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grinding Machine Operator or CNC Operator.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mastercam 9.0 programming.
• Experience operating manual, semi-automated, or automated machines (lathes, grinders, milling machines).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Good mathematical and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent technical certification is an advantage.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours shift work may be required based on production needs.
