CNC Mechanist ( Senior)

Job Title: CNC Mechanist (Senior)

Job Scope:

. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (milling/turning)

. Perform CNC programming and optimize machining processes

. Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications

. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for plastic materials

. Ensure high precision and quality of finished components

. Conduct inspection and quality control checks

. Train and guide junior machinists

. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency

. Maintain machine performance and handle basic maintenance

Requirements:

. Proven experience in CNC machining (preferably plastic precision engineering)

. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and setup

. Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

. Good problem-solving and leadership skills

. Willing to work shifts if required (7am - 7pm 11am -11pm)
