Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and detailed project budgets, including risk assessments and contingency plans.
• Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage construction contracts, change orders, and variations, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Provide cost advice, progress updates, and support in resolving contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience in M&E QS
