Tender Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Infrastructure - LTA/PUB projects)

We are seeking a Tender Quantity Surveyor to support pre-contract tendering for public sector infrastructure projects, particularly those under LTA and PUB involving mechanical, electrical and integrated utility systems.

The successful candidate will be involved in cost estimation, preparation of tender submissions, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure competitive and compliant proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ and pricing breakdowns for LTA and PUB tenders

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Review tender documents and ensure compliance with public sector requirements

• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams on pricing strategy

• Support submission of complete tender documents within deadlines

• Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

• 3-5 years of QS experience with exposure to LTA and PUB tender submissions

• Experience in M&E, utilities, or infrastructure-related projects

• Familiar with public sector procurement processes and tender compliance requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and cost estimation

• Able to manage multiple tender submissions concurrently

Preferred

• Experience in infrastructure-related M&E works (e.g. pumping stations, tunnels, utilities, water or transport facilities)

• Familiarity with SSMM or related measurement standards

• Strong coordination and analytical skills
