A leading contracting firm is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission and prepare Bills of Quantity
- Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control and carry our contract administration duties
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Be able to take instructions and work independently
- Possess good communications skills and able to take instructions and work independently
