  1. Vendor contract management of various suppliers of Base and Line maintenance to ensure it is aligned with existing business model
  2. Management of back to back manpower and service contract(s) to ensure tighter KPI, LD adherence and alignment with coverage to customer
  3. Perform margins tracking, vendor cost control and analyse P&L across various BUs to prevent revenue leakage and improve costing accuracy
  4. Set up better reporting workflow of financial impact from exposure to KPI and LD penalties
  5. Oversight of purchasing process to improve sourcing and cost-effectiveness across BUs

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, finance, or contract administration
  • Basic understanding of contracts, KPIs, and service level agreements
  • Exposure to data analysis, cost tracking, or financial reporting is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
