M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow main contract and sub-contract requirements.
• Review and align M&E drawings with project specifications and guidelines.
• Prepare coordination drawings and liaise with consultants and clients.
• Monitor M&E sub-contractors work, materials, and submissions.
• Coordinate and supervise M&E works with all relevant parties.
• Ensure all M&E works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Track progress to ensure work is on time, within budget, and meets safety standards.
• Attend site and coordination meetings as required.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  (Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is an added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an M&E Coordinator in a local construction firm
• Experience in Facility Management is preferred
• Familiar with Singapore standards and regulatory requirements
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
