Responsibilities
- Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
- Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
- Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
- Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
- Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior Management
Requirements
- Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Well versed in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
- Relevant experience in Singapore in Commercial / Building and Civil Projects.
