JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building/warehouse construction
- Use of Autocad would be an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
