We are currently partnering with a global leader to identify a skilled professional to join their business tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide M&A tax advisory services to a diverse range of corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive research on domestic and international tax regulations.
• Offer specialized advice on Singapore's corporate tax and stamp duty matters.
• Provide guidance on intricate cross-border restructurings, tax treaties, and withholding tax concerns.
• Address permanent establishment issues and provide strategic counsel on M&A activities, including due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition restructurings.
• Prepare and present well-structured, insightful tax advisory memos for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with tax accreditation.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate tax and advisory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
