As the hub in the Asia-Pacific region, the Company is responsible for originating transactions through the development and strengthening of local business networks, as well as supporting deal execution in line with Company Asia-Pacific strategy.
Company is seeking a suitable candidate for an Analyst or Associate position in the Investment Banking Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Provision of financial advisory (FA) services, such as supporting Japanese companies overseas investments in the ASEAN region
- Transaction process / task flow: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire transaction process and demonstrate strong commitment throughout
- Material preparation: Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members
- Negotiation / coordination: Support communication among stakeholders involved in the M&A process, including legal and financial advisors and target company management, under senior members direction
- Transaction support: Provide appropriate support across the transaction process as instructed by senior team members
- Research and data extraction: Conduct research and data extraction for material preparation as instructed
- Coordination: Assist with coordination and communication among all parties involved in the M&A
Business Travel : Once a month to once every two months on average
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field
- Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications
- (Associate level) Approximately 23 years of practical experience in M&A advisory, M&A transactions, corporate investment, or corporate finance
- (Associate level) Basic knowledge of financial valuation and financial modeling
Language Skills
- Required: Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Preferred: Good communication skills in Japanese
