A leading international luxury fashion brand is opening its first boutique in Singapore and is seeking Sales Associates to be part of this exciting launch team.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong retail experience who enjoy building client relationships and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver personalised and attentive customer service
. Build long-term client relationships through effective clienteling
. Achieve individual and store sales targets
. Maintain boutique presentation, stock accuracy, and visual standards
. Support store opening preparations and daily operations
. Represent the brand professionally and consistently

Requirements

. Prior experience in fashion, premium, or luxury retail preferred
. Strong customer engagement and sales skills
. Good employment tenure and reliability
. Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
. Professional grooming and presentation required

Salary & Commission

. Base Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month
. Attractive earning potential for strong performers

Work Arrangement

. 5-day work week
. 44 hours per week
