Job Description:

• Provide customer service with a focus on first-time visitors
• Assess and appraise brand-name items and precious metals
• Handle estimation and sales of purchased items
• Manage sales-related tasks and store operations
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Deliver service with sincerity, reflecting the Japanese sense of hospitality
• Opportunity to learn about luxury brands and watches
• Engage with customers in a friendly, cheerful, and professional manner
