Sales Advisors x3 (Luxury/ Fashion/ Retail/ Central Area and Changi)
. Location: Central Area and Changi
. Working Hours: 5 Days work week (including 1 Weekends off)
. Salary: Base salary + Commission (Gross up to $5,000 with Commissions) + AWS
Responsibility:
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering product recommendations, and answering inquiries
- Stay updated on fashion trends and new collections, meet sales targets, upsell products, and promote special offers.
- Assist with inventory management, replenish stock, and ensure products are in good condition.
- Helps with visual merchandising, organizes displays, and maintains store cleanliness.
- Handle transactions using the POS system, manage cash, and process returns and exchanges.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in leather goods or luxury retail environment experience will be advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Understanding of fashion trends, product features, and store offerings.
- Passion for providing excellent service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
