Our Client, with proven track record supporting Singapore's built environment since 1987, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Logistics Scheduler.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems
- Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently
- Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
- Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
- Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE O Level and above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics scheduling or supply chain planning role
- Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices

- Working Days/Hours: 6 days/Office hours
- Salary: Up till $3,800 + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
