Logistics Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes for a fleet of lorry cranes and smaller lorries

• Coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution

• Monitor route and improve efficiency to reduce costs and delays

• Work closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to support daily logistics activities

• Respond promptly to operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed

• Maintain accurate delivery records, preparing and updating logistics reports, managing job scheduling documentation and ensuring proper filing of transport and compliance-related documents

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on documentation, billing coordination, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics planning or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Class 3 driving license

• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
