Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.

Monitor real-time job progress and reassign tasks when necessary.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.

Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records.

Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management.

Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet management and drivers.

Provide administrative support related to logistics and operations.

Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics Management, or related field.

Only Singaporeans and PR

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software/tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
