Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

. Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.

. Monitor real-time job progress and reassign tasks when necessary.

. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.

. Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.

. Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records.

. Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management.

. Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet management and drivers.

. Provide administrative support related to logistics and operations.

Requirements

. Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics Management, or related field.

. Only Singaporeans and PR

. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet coordination.

. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

. Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software/tools is an advantage.

. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
